EBS Central exams role group

Licence required: EBS4Exams.

The roles in the EBS Central Exams group control the tasks a user can undertake in the Exams module in EBS Web (for example: users with the appropriate roles can view the task list which displays learners that have withdrawn, transferred, or not started on a course).

The roles available in the EBS Central Exams group are described in the following table.

Role Allows users to...
Exams Manager View the task list on the homepage in EBS Web which contains information on withdrawals, transfers, and non-starters cascaded from enrolments.
Run Reports - Exams

Run reports for the Exams module, if:

  • Reports have been configured for the institution
  • Use of the role has been enabled in the Reports module (Edit Report > Security)
